On March 18, 2025, the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (HR PSOR) organized a discussion among its members regarding the Omnibus I proposal. This proposal includes amendments to the legislative framework related to the implementation deadlines for the CSRD and CSDDD directives, as well as changes to the requirements concerning corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence analysis. The purpose of the discussion was to exchange opinions among members and to align positions on the proposed amendments, with the aim of informing the Ministry of Finance of the shared views.

Dr. Ivana Keser took part in the discussion as a representative of the Institute. IRMO has been a member of the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development since June 2023.

The Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development (HR PSOR) was founded in 1997, with the aim of representing economic interests in sustainable development to the Government of the Republic of Croatia, supporting sustainable development across economic, political, legal, and social spheres, and promoting changes that will accelerate the transition to sustainable development in Croatia. It also advocates for the economy on issues related to sustainable development both within Croatia and internationally.
