Ivana Keser participated in the webinar SMART TUESDAY: “BELIEVE IT OR NOT, Your City Can Have a Citizen- and Business-Oriented Digital Public Administration!”

The webinar was organized by the Smart Cities Portal and the Association of Cities with the aim of informing about the obligations of public authorities stemming from the Regulation on Office Operations and other legal provisions that enable the digitization of relations with citizens and businesses as users of public authority services, as well as digital solutions that fully support this process.
