From April 23-25, 2024, Dr. Daniela Angelina Jelinčić participated in the Creative Treasury 2024, a popularization symposium of researchers and practitioners gathered around the millennial role of the creative industry, organized by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Osijek. The symposium is publicly open to exhibitors and visitors in the service of socially responsible integration of cultural and economic effects. Dr. Jelinčić participated in the panel discussion ‘Centre of Creative Industry’ together with Miro Gavran (Matica Hrvatska), Feđa Ivanšić (Barage), Antonija Jozić (Požeško-Slavonska County) and Marin Piletić (Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy) elaborating on the topics of good examples of Croatian practice, the potential of the creative industry and intangible culture for regional development. In addition to the panel discussion, the symposium covered topics such as branding, circular creativity models, and included creative workshops and ceremonies. This year, symposium celebrated its tenth anniversary, which was marked in a very creative way with a letter from the future.
