Maja Janković and Iva Tolić Mandić from IRMO, together with Tamara Tišma from HR PSOR, have written a paper titled “Burnout on a Burning Planet – How Young People Face Climate Anxiety?”, which they will present at the international conference 18th Crisis Management Days. Security in today’s world is facing numerous challenges that go beyond traditional responses and demand a comprehensive approach. In this context, crisis management and the continuous improvement of its mechanisms are becoming essential for the effective protection of communities and the environment.
